Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to join our team at MaineHealth. This role will provide administrative support to the Surgery Wound Care Center, working closely with management staff to coordinate day-to-day activities and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Surgery Wound Care Center, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Make travel arrangements and manage schedules and calendars.
  • Serve as a resource person regarding department policy, procedures, and practice.
  • Collaborate with management staff to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • High school or GED preferred.
