We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Aquatic Development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including filing, recording, and scanning documents.
  • Make phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Perform basic research and data entry tasks.
  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
