Site Director Job Summary

SBM Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to oversee the daily operations of our client sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing and implementing company policies, ensuring operational compliance with customer contract requirements, and developing strategies for retention and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the site, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service for contract requirements, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for overall compliance.
  • Analyze and facilitate budget requests, identifying areas for reduction and maintaining and reporting on financial aspects of the business.
  • Act as liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, conducting and attending meetings to communicate effectively.
  • Manage leadership succession planning, assessing customer and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Assist with human resource concerns and issues, with some travel required for this position.

Requirements

  • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service, problem-solving, time management, project management, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

$200,000 - $210,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package.
