  • Compliance: Ensure all activities and processes conform to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with advisors, back office staff, and other team members to provide a seamless and exceptional experience.
Requirements:
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of recent industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, knowledge of custodial platforms required, and proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and dedication to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.
