Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Analyst I to join our IT team in Portland, Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and equipment. You will work collaboratively with our IT Engineering Team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies. With your expertise in desktop operating systems, Apple iOS, end-user hardware, and software applications, you will provide top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
