About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NexRep, LLC. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting schedule adherence in real-time using scheduling and time-tracking software and ACD real-time displays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management tools and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with Operations to ensure that contractual obligations are met and provide feedback to the Workforce Management team.

This is a 40-hour position with 8-hour shifts. Specific days and times will be discussed during the interview; however, flexibility is crucial. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours will be required to meet client needs.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in contact center workforce management or operations support
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management tools (Five9, Serenova, Shiftboard, Socrates, IEX/NICE, client systems, etc.)
  • Intermediate level of experience with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
