Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Operations Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the setup, control, and monitoring of television broadcast equipment to transmit high-quality programs and commercials to our audience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for on-air switching, dubbing, and transferring programs, as well as gathering satellite feeds for broadcast use. Your strong technical skills and ability to learn specialized software applications will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be part of a collaborative team that supports the production of newscasts and other live or taped programming for television and multi-platform use. You will also assist with the operation of the station by working closely with Engineering, News, and other departments.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
