Product Data Analyst Specialist

Data and analytics play a vital role in guiding key product decisions as a Product Data Analyst. Collaborating with assigned product teams, you will deliver critical analytics and insights needed to build and operate best-in-class digital products. Your expertise will deepen our understanding of customers, their interactions, and areas for experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
• Thought Leadership: Lead critical analyses, including customer journey mapping, in-product flow analysis, and cohort analysis, to inform the product development process.
• Product Improvement: Leverage analytics to identify patterns and trends in user behavior, providing actionable insights for product enhancements.
• Implementation: Work with product and technology teams to develop measurement plans, ensuring relevant data is collected and integrated to support product analytics.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Partner with stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that support operations, insights, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on product analytics experience, exposure to agile/scrum processes, and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python/R.
