About the Job

This role offers a salary range of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Technical Support Analyst I, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless operations of our IT systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Desktop/Laptop/iPad/Tablet/Mobile Phone Support and Deployment
  2. Software implementation support
  3. Permissions support
  4. Office 365 and MFA issue troubleshooting
  5. Adherence to SUI support practices
  6. Priority Support
  7. Additional Duties
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of related work experience
  • Certifications such as A+, MCP, ITIL foundations highly desirable
