Position Overview

Soliant is in search of a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support and interventions for students with autism and communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention strategies.
  • Develop and execute tailored behavior programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Deliver direct behavior therapy services, utilizing evidence-based methods to foster skill development and manage behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to formulate and implement effective behavior support strategies.
  • Assess and track student progress, making informed adjustments to intervention techniques as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights on behavior objectives and strategies.
  • Offer training and support to educational staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of behavior assessments, intervention plans, and progress reports.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in autism and related disorders.
Qualifications:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience with students exhibiting autism and communication difficulties.
  • Preferred LBSI or School/Clinical Psychologist licensure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with peers, families, and school administrators.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
