Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Consejo Counseling and Referral Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in a culturally sensitive and holistic manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with mental health concerns.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, supervisors, and agencies to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Participate in mandatory clinical training and department meetings to continuously improve professional development.
  • Assist with providing education and information to the community, as well as serving on committees and task forces as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • LMHC/A, LMFT/A, LICSW/A preferred.
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) license.
  • Active state of Washington counselor license.
  • 2+ years of experience providing mental health counseling and case management services.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position working a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $53,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications, credentials, and license.
