Job Summary:

Sun Holdings Corporate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to manage all aspects of lease administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of commercial/retail property management and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial real estate legal documents
  • Review and abstract leases and other real estate documents
  • Process and maintain all pertinent real estate data in the Company's lease administration database
  • Process real estate-related invoices, including rent, percentage rent, operating expenses, and year-end operating expenses
  • Conduct desktop audits to reconcile rent, common area maintenance, real estate tax, insurance, and other periodic and end-of-year expense adjustments
  • Administer the Company's third-party leased or subleased properties, including reviewing documents, invoicing tenants, collecting lease income, preparing annual CAM reconciliations, issuing delinquent rent notices, and unpaid balances
  • Cure all monetary and non-monetary defaults and reconcile accounts

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial/retail real estate preferred
  • Property management experience is a plus
  • Proficient with MS Excel and comfortable with MS Office
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
  • Focused on accuracy and urgency with data entry
  • Some accounting experience and proficiency with reconciliations, math, and calculations
