Job Summary:

As a Sales/Account Manager III at Aditi Consulting, you will be responsible for recruiting partners in our targeted vertical and helping them succeed. You will also be responsible for responding to vertical partner inquiries and recruiting targeted partners for the Constant Contact Partner Network. This role requires strong analytical skills to identify potential reselling partners in vertical markets and develop relationships with them. You will work closely with the channel leader and other senior management to identify gaps in channel coverage and communicate them as appropriate. You will also be responsible for scheduling joint activities with partners to drive sales success and contributing to the definition of partner profiles as they evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential reselling partners in vertical markets
Develop relationships with potential reselling partners
Identify gaps in channel coverage and communicate them to the channel leader and other senior management
Schedule joint activities with partners to drive sales success
Contribute to the definition of partner profiles as they evolve
Attend Constant Contact partner meetings and present updated coverage gaps and new recruiting plans
Attend tradeshows and industry conferences for recruiting new partners
Maintain a pipeline of active partners by sector
Update CRM daily
Coordinate recruiting efforts with other vertical channel account managers

Requirements:

Quickly assess needs and potential
Direct to resources and engage in manner that maximizes long-term productivity
Deliver exceptional experience

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
