Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of executive-level experience at a financial institution (credit union preferred).
  • Proven track record of excellence in collaboration, strategic growth, and organizational leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the credit union difference and its value proposition.
  • Strong educational background, with a Bachelor's Degree minimum and a Master's Degree preferred.
