Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Specialist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service from the moment they enter our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and scheduling of patients for appointments and procedures
  • Coordination of referrals and authorizations for medical services
  • Communication with patients and caregivers regarding financial options and insurance coverage
  • Utilization of various technologies and tools to support departmental workflows
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
