About the Role

At St. Luke's Health System, our team of Patient Access Specialists play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional, timely, and accurate written and verbal communication with patients and caregivers.

This customer-facing position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and referral coordination with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and scheduling for patients
  • Financial discussions and explanations of insurance coverage
  • Utilization of various technologies, tools, and resources to support departmental workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
