Job Summary:

The Patient Access Specialist 4 is a key member of the St. Luke's Health System team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient experience and ensuring seamless registration and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and scheduling for patients, including complex scheduling and referral coordination
  • Providing financial options and explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
  • Utilizing various technologies, tools, and resources to support departmental workflows
  • Serving as a role model, mentor, trainer, and resource to coworkers
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience
