As a member of our Account Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our largest strategic customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.
The OpportunityThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a talented team and contribute to Duco's continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:- Critical Roles:
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to develop strategies for growth and success.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and establish relationships with new stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain account growth and expansion plans.
- Create, nurture, and close opportunities with existing and new business stakeholders.
- Create and manage upsell and cross-sell pipeline in Salesforce.
- Complete RFIs and RFPs for existing customers and work closely with the solution engineering team on POCs and POVs.
- Delivering Results:
- Drive further adoption of Duco's products and services with existing users and new groups across enterprise clients.
- Owning the renewal of these accounts.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with key/senior business stakeholders on the accounts.
- Frequently conduct business reviews with key senior stakeholders to ensure ROI is being achieved and measured.
- Be the voice of the customer within Duco, working closely with Product leadership to drive the strategic roadmap.
Your Background:
- 10+ years' experience in software sales/account management in financial services technology.
- A track record of success in retaining and growing revenue in complex sell-side organizations.
- An understanding of capital markets or post-trade technology.
- Experience with relationship management governance frameworks.
- Awareness of relevant financial market regulations such as MIFID2 & SFTR, EMIR, MAS, and Trade Reporting.
- Experience with formal sales techniques such as Miller Heiman or SPIN advantageous.
