Job Description

As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage with Members: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all members and guests, setting the tone for a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently process member check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate Communication: Communicate special events, promotions, and important information to members and guests in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, reflecting positively on the company's image.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, as required.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
