Senior Analyst, Global Compensation

United Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Global Compensation to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing global compensation programs that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global compensation programs that align with business objectives and ensure internal equity.
  • Analyze market data and provide recommendations for salary changes to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with local country HR to analyze market data and build competitive compensation recommendations.
  • Coordinate the retention bonus program and track acceptance and retention rates.
  • Support the development of communications announcing compensation programs, timelines, and changes.
  • Participate in projects related to compensation program design, implementation, and administration.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct compensation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of broad-based and international compensation policies and programs and associated international compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Innovative team player with skills to influence and communicate at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Concentration in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, psychology, or economics.
  • CCP/GRP certifications and Airline industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, PayFactors, and Foundry.
