About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team at 20/20 Onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new and maintaining existing partnerships, driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.

This role requires a strong understanding of the life sciences and clinical trials industries, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including CROs, Sponsors, and Site Networks
  • Pursue and engage target personas at partner companies to position 20/20 Onsite's unique capabilities
  • Monitor and maintain KPIs, regularly tracking sales performance through data analysis

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in life sciences and clinical trials industries
  • Proven track record of successful sales pipeline development and closing
  • Experience developing and managing enterprise or consultative sales relationships network
  • Self-disciplined and able to work productively with primarily remote management contact
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
