Event Sales Manager

We are a luxury global destination gaming resort featuring 671 hotel rooms, ultra-premium spa, luxury retail, high-end dining, and state-of-the-art ballroom and meeting spaces.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating group catering sales revenue and overseeing the successful organization and coordination of group room sales and events.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Generate group catering sales revenue and manage relationships with key accounts.
- Oversee the successful organization and coordination of group room sales and events.
- Provide accurate and timely event information to various departments regarding group program details.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of Hotel Sales and Catering experience required, 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
