As a Sales Growth Professional, you will play a crucial role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 plus commission/bonus opportunities, making it a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Insurance Sales Experience/Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- A self-motivated individual who can effectively relate to customers.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
