Salary & Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and promoting LandCare's services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding individual client needs
  • Provide excellent service and communication in a constructive, courteous manner
  • Promote high standards for customer service, safety, and LandCare's culture and core values
  • Manage client proposals, contracts, and recommendations to meet each client's objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue new business relationships
  • Participate in networking events to foster relationships with potential and existing clients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
