UX Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled UX Design Specialist to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually appealing websites. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design engaging user experiences across web platforms by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and site maps.
- Develop and maintain responsive web designs that provide optimal viewing experiences across devices.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create and design web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets in line with branding and UX guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and troubleshoot any design implementation issues.
- Perform usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience and website performance.
- Ensure websites and web applications meet accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Stay current with web design trends, UX best practices, and new tools/technologies to improve design processes.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing both UX and web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, as well as web design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Experience with responsive design, user-centered design principles, and wireframing/prototyping.
- Solid knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Understanding of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not required to code but a general understanding is a plus).
