Key Responsibilities- Execute daily lab operations and testing to support manufacturing operations, validation, and development studies.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biology).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a GMP QC role, preferably in a biochemistry laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
