Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our biochemistry laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily lab operations and testing to support manufacturing operations, validation, and development studies.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., biochemistry, chemistry, biology).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a GMP QC role, preferably in a biochemistry laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
