Job Summary

Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our medical devices from fabrication to packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Inspection and Control: Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Set up, operate, perform maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manufacturing Assembly: Assemble and test medical devices according to established procedures.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and equipment maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to work with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
