About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Right At Home Eugene. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of care services for clients
  • Work as a caregiver in the field, providing personal care and supportive services to clients
  • Take call on weekends and after hours as needed, providing support and assistance to clients and caregivers
  • Assist with recruiting and hiring of new caregivers, including tracking incoming calls and assigning training
  • Prepare new hire packets, new client home care record books, and client information packets
  • Keep office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Deposit checks for Accounts Payable and assist with general bookkeeping duties
  • Type/prepare MARs (medication records) for clients and communicate with physician's offices
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
  • Good office and computer skills, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal relations abilities and telephone skills
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment
  • Previous experience working as a caregiver and scheduler
  • Must have an active Driver's License and a vehicle
Working Environment

Works out of the local office and in the field with caregiving duties and Client Services as required.
