Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Specialty1 Partners. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, making a positive first impression.
  • Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental team to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
