Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead and Manage Nursing Staff: Supervise and mentor our nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care.
- Monitor and Evaluate Care: Regularly monitor and evaluate the care provided to our residents, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest level of quality care.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree: A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current RN License: A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.
- Rehabilitative and Restorative Nursing Practices: Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Electronic Medical Records: Experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems.
