  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Nursing Degree: A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Current RN License: A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a healthcare setting.
  • Rehabilitative and Restorative Nursing Practices: Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
  • Electronic Medical Records: Experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems.
