Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal risk, product, and service partners to provide innovative solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
  • Work closely with Case Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and maximize client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence to provide proactive advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of RBL experience with a strong track record of providing sound banking and financial advice.
  • Expert-level credit skills with the ability to structure complex deals and guide staff through the credit deal approval process.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate and lead.
What We Offer

Citi offers a competitive salary range of $169,000 - $254,400, as well as discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
