Cbridgeinc offers a full-time opportunity for a Program Management Analyst role based in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates must hold a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and fulfill TESA accreditation criteria.

This position is dependent on contract award.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees and directs the operational elements of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison among project management, planning, project teams, and line management.

Evaluates project statuses and budgets; manages timelines and prepares progress reports.
Identifies project challenges and formulates solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

Ensures that contract obligations and subcontractor duties are fulfilled, including defining and implementing project planning strategies to enhance contract visibility.

Responsibilities may encompass developing budgets and timelines to meet contractual/project demands for a designated segment of a program, participating in establishing program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure compliance with contractual, cost, and schedule targets.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain a TS/SCI.
An active passport is required.

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of DoD experience; or a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience and applicable certification.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Cbridgeinc adheres to Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination mandates. If this role necessitates OCONUS travel, Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists the current vaccination requirements by location.

Office Environment:


Must be capable of working in an office setting, seated at a desk, and utilizing a computer for the majority of the workday.

Work conditions are generally comfortable; employees have the discretion to choose between sitting, walking, or standing.
May require short-distance travel to offices or conference rooms on-site.
