We are currently seeking a full-time IT Program Coordinator based in Stuttgart, Germany. Candidates must hold a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and fulfill TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification provides tax exemptions for both Germany and the US, along with additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Program Coordinator, you will:
- Plan, initiate, and oversee information technology (IT) initiatives.
- Lead and mentor technical personnel.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.
- Outline project phases and evaluate business impacts at each stage.
- Track progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple complex assignments.
- Assignments may require innovative thinking and originality in task execution.
- Ability to operate with significant independence in developing methodologies and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 0-2 years, or High School diploma with 8-10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing various technologies, including computers and relevant systems.
- Possession of an active DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Travel Requirements
- Possession of an active passport.
- Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
Work Environment
Cambridge International Systems adheres to vaccination requirements for Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) travel. If this role necessitates OCONUS travel, applicable vaccination requirements will be communicated.
Office setting includes:
- Ability to work in an office environment, primarily seated at a desk and using a computer.
- Work conditions are generally comfortable, allowing for discretion in sitting, standing, or walking.
- May require short-distance travel within the office premises.
