Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Employbridge, you will be responsible for attracting new and maintaining existing customer relationships through various channels, including phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email. You will engage with decision-makers during the buying process, target higher-quality leads, and leverage existing partnerships to expand the prospect funnel. Additionally, you will act as a market leader through connections with networking groups, trade associations, and social media groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly goals
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide consultative account management and post-sale support
Requirements:
