Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) within our financial services center. Flexibility is required to accommodate operational hours.

The Sales and Service Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our financial center. This position entails addressing a wide range of customer needs, from service inquiries to sales engagements, with enthusiasm and dedication. You will provide clients with a comprehensive experience, assisting with everything from account management to transaction processing. By focusing on customer-centric discussions, you will cultivate relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. You will actively promote a diverse array of banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and support their financial aspirations. The balance of tasks in this versatile role will depend on customer traffic and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with transactions accurately, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Engage in proactive sales and referral discussions through various channels, including outbound calls and effective in-branch interactions.
  • Enhance personal sales knowledge and utilize the CRM system to foster meaningful conversations with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to onboarding new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Provide ongoing support regarding products and services, including opening new accounts, fulfilling maintenance requests, and managing operational tasks while remaining adaptable between sales and transaction duties.
  • Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, exercising sound judgment within defined parameters.
  • Utilize practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist customers and resolve issues.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience

Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales (Required).

6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred).

Other Duties as Assigned by Manager

This role may encompass additional responsibilities as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and adhere to compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring completion of all required training assignments. This includes recognizing compliance risks within their departments and escalating any concerns to the appropriate management level.

Pay Transparency

To promote transparency, we provide salary ranges for all job postings. Compensation is determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's expertise, skills, experience, and relevant credentials. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.18.
