Your Role:

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and addressing their inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • Addressing guest inquiries and complaints with appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety in your designated work area, reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Meeting scheduling requirements, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adhering to company attendance policies and grooming standards.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
