About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Community Health Programs Inc. This individual will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients to the Health Center and ensure all pre-exam information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collect co-payments and notify the clinic of patient arrivals.
  • Provide schedule support to providers and perform clerical duties as requested.
  • Record and deliver messages, answer and screen outside calls, and conduct scheduling/reminder/re-scheduling phone calls to patients.
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Spanish speaking/bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to work in a busy office setting and manage difficult or emotional customer situations
  • Flexibility and ability to support the organization's goals and values
