East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Chief Medical Officer to lead our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical leadership and supervision to all medical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to direct the operation and policy setting for the Health Center.
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
- Participate in training and quality improvement activities of the organization.
- Engage in daily contact with other primary care providers, nurses, medical assistants, and medical receptionists as part of the healthcare team.
- Must be licensed in good standing by the RI Department of Health as an MD/DO.
- Must possess a current Rhode Island and Federal Controlled Substance Certificate.
- Must be board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
EBCAP offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including heavily subsidized medical and dental insurance plans, supplemental vision insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
