Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze installation blueprints with precision.
  • Lead installation teams of varying sizes to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and sales personnel.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of specific furniture product lines.
  • Execute high-quality installations of systems and case goods.
  • Organize and mentor a team of installers, providing training as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including change orders.
  • Safely wall mount furniture and cabinetry.
  • Prepare job sites, including demolition and cleanup.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial office furniture installation.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs consistently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Class B CDL with air brakes is advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a corporate setting.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of furniture assembly and blueprints.
  • Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
