Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently interpret and execute installation schematics.
  • Lead and manage installation teams of varying sizes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and sales personnel.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of specific furniture collections.
  • Install systems and case goods with precision.
  • Organize and mentor a team of installers, providing training as necessary.
  • Coordinate schedules and tasks with other trades.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including change orders.
  • Securely mount furniture and cabinetry to walls.
  • Prepare job sites, including demolition and cleanup activities.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of commercial office furniture installation.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Class B CDL with air brakes is advantageous.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a corporate setting.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of furniture and blueprints.
  • Mechanical aptitude, including furniture assembly.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.

Physical Demands:
