Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute installation blueprints with precision.
  • Lead installation teams of varying sizes effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and sales personnel.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of specific furniture lines.
  • Execute high-quality installations of systems and case goods.
  • Organize and mentor a team of installers, providing training as necessary.
  • Coordinate installation schedules with other trades.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including change orders.
  • Ensure secure wall mounting of furniture and cabinetry.
  • Prepare job sites, including demolition and cleanup tasks.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial office furniture installation.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs consistently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Class B CDL with air brakes is advantageous.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a corporate setting.

  • Strong understanding of furniture and blueprint specifications.
  • Good mechanical aptitude, including furniture assembly skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
