Payroll Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at The LaSalle Group. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, checking and validating payroll prior to transmission through the automated banking system, and managing pay for annual or semi-annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Validate payroll data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits, including bonuses and vacation time
  • Review employee records for accuracy and approval of payroll deductions
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience processing payroll
  • Prior experience processing payroll for a large national organization is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
  • Experience working with a large payroll system such as ADP, Ultipro, or Ceridian is preferred
