Senior Affordable Housing Portfolio Director

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Affordable Housing Portfolio Director to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Senior Affordable Housing Portfolio Director will provide executive leadership to a portfolio manager group and be accountable for all operations of the assigned assets. This role requires a strong background in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, USDA-Rural Development, HCD, HOME Funds, and Bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a minimum of 2 Regional Portfolio Managers and oversee their hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluation.
- Assist the Sr. Director group in company-wide and/or ownership group projects.
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct business with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Regional leadership role within a Property Management organization.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with affordable housing programs.
- Affordable Housing Accreditation or other applicable designations.
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson License.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
