Lead Product Manager for Diabetes Care and Affordability Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our Diabetes Care team at Abbott, a global healthcare leader. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing cost, coverage, and access strategies for diabetes care solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and advance product development strategies to improve patient access to diabetes care products.
- Leverage market research and analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations, to ensure effective implementation of product development plans.
- Analyze customer feedback and preferences to identify areas for product improvement.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and payers, to ensure alignment with their needs and preferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercialization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $125,700 - $251,500, depending on location and experience.
