Position Overview:

Leidos is on the lookout for a skilled System Administrator to collaborate on a significant enterprise IT project for the Department of Defense (DOD). This role entails the upkeep of current enterprise identity management systems, resolving incidents, and aiding in the transition of new functionalities from the engineering division to operational status.

Key Responsibilities:

The System Administrator will:

  • Ensure the health and performance of identity management systems, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for user authentication issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to support a vast enterprise environment across multiple sites.
  • Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including Microsoft Identity Manager and Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for operational processes and incident resolutions.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of identity management technologies and their operational frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage incidents effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience in system administration.
Clearance Requirements:

An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory for this position, or a willingness to obtain one.
