Position Overview

Peraton is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to join our team, focusing on the integration and documentation of advanced voice and video systems for government Command and Control (C2) environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations in conference rooms and video-teleconferencing setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients and engineering teams to define system engineering requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive system drawings, cable lists, and wiring schematics to facilitate project execution.
  • Assess and verify a consolidated materials list for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, inventory, and tracking of project materials.
  • Construct systems, including rack assembly, cable fabrication, and wiring.
  • Work in conjunction with testing teams and quality assurance to validate system performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field installations efficiently.
Travel Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel to various local and national sites as required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for travel within designated areas.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with three years of experience; or a PhD with no prior experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in creating Visio drawing packages.
  • At least two years' experience utilizing 2D AutoCAD for design purposes.
  • Three years of hands-on experience in building network, audio, and video cabling.
  • Two years of experience in integrating video conference room systems.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license for travel in specified regions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in generating documentation that outlines operational concepts, interface controls, and security protocols.
  • Background in supporting government or Department of Defense clients.
  • Familiarity with the management of COMSEC devices.
  • Certification as a Technical Specialist.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $166,000, reflecting the typical compensation based on experience and qualifications.
