Role Summary:
The Identity Management Specialist is a proficient individual tasked with the deployment of identity and access management solutions utilizing SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform.

This position entails working alongside various teams to gather business requirements, configuring SailPoint solutions, and ensuring smooth integration of the platform with current systems and applications.

The specialist plays a crucial role in onboarding applications, enhancing security protocols, managing user permissions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Integration and API Development:
Create custom integrations with diverse applications, directories, and systems through APIs and connectors provided by SailPoint. Guarantee data synchronization and establish seamless communication between various platforms.

Security and Compliance:
Ensure that the IAM solutions conform to security best practices and comply with applicable regulatory standards. Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Documentation and Reporting:
Develop thorough technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details. Generate reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance-related metrics.

Collaboration:
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely execution of IAM projects.

Required Skills:
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Possession of Security+ or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions
At least 2 years of experience in deploying enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solutions, such as:

o SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow

o Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)

o IBM Security Verify Governance

Proficiency in the Java programming language.
