Position Overview:

Leidos is in search of a skilled System Administrator to collaborate on a significant enterprise IT project for the Department of Defense (DOD). This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and functionality of our identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

The System Administrator will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining and monitoring existing enterprise identity management solutions.
  • Troubleshooting incidents and providing technical support.
  • Facilitating the transition of new capabilities from the engineering team to operational status.

Additional duties include:

  • Validating the operational health and status of identity management systems such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Building and deploying Domain Controllers and other identity management servers remotely.
  • Providing detailed follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Mentoring junior team members and updating operational documentation.
Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Functional knowledge of Identity Management technologies including Microsoft Identity Manager and Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience is required, along with an active TS/SCI clearance or the willingness to obtain one.
