Position Overview
The College of Medicine Dean's Office is currently in search of a Director of Administration to enhance college-wide operational functions.

This role will report directly to the Assistant Dean for Administration and will engage frequently with faculty, staff, learners, and college leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Primary duties encompass the evaluation, formulation, recommendation, and execution of policies and procedures aimed at advancing the administrative functions of the college.

Will cultivate effective working relationships with department heads, center directors, and administrative leaders throughout the college to initiate and implement process improvements that facilitate effective and efficient administrative operations across all units.

Will directly oversee two or more staff members.

Remote Work
This position is fully remote but may necessitate occasional travel for meetings.
