The Seasonal Tax Office Operations Assistant will provide support to our tax offices during peak season. This role is responsible for delivering supplies and materials, performing basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with the annual setup and closing of offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and transfer office technology and supplies to and from tax offices.
  • Perform basic building maintenance, including replacing light bulbs and repairing broken items.
  • Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring offices meet brand standards.
  • Attend required training and confirm office security when leaving the office after hours.
  • Other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator or managerial staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading skills and knowledge of Outlook and web-based programs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No previous work experience necessary.

Pay Range Information:

The pay range for this position is $13.94 - $21.15 per hour, depending on experience and location. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits, including medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, and associate discount program.
